Just wondering how often your DoW battle line of Pikemen actually breaks.
I normally have two units of Pikes holding my line with units protecting their flanks (Leadbelchers etc).
In about 50 battles with them I have only ever had 1 unit break once, this was in my last game with them as they got charged by an Skeleton unit led by a Blood Dragon Thrall, failed their fear check so had to hit on 6's. As a result they didnt do much damage and fled off the table, the undead following them.
As it was the last turn it didn't disrupt my line much and didnt do enough for me to lose.
So, gow succesful are your Pikes?

Haha, well things have changed since I made this thread ages ago.
My last battle with my Dogs of War saw both my Pike units beaten in combat and fleeing the battlefield, thanks to Skeleton units led by Blood Dragon Thralls.
It's prompted a change in my army to one large Pike unit [so im not outnumbered by a fear causing enemy] and adding some cavalry to march block and to hit flanks in order to support my Pikes after the first round of combat.
