Engine of the Gods Question

A quick question, can the Engine of the Gods cast any of its spells when in close combat? I know that The Burning Alignment can be cast into close combat, but it says nothing about the stegadon itself.

Yes I think so although I dont have my book on me at the moment. You can cast most things whilst in combat besides those that require Line of SIght.
