Well I got my Pre Order book on Thurs.
Overall it is a nice book, lots of fluff, even some new fluff which is pretty rare in an army book now. There are a lot of fun if not very useful unit/character choices. Storm Vermin Champs with Pistols and Attack Rats for example.
There are some abusable things though that can make for very powerful lists.
Hell Pit Abominations,
Plague Furnaces,
Doom Wheels,
Censore Bearers,
The Storm Banner.
You can also get away with spending just 120 points on core. In 3 units of 20 Slaves, which explode when they break by the way, damaging near by enemy units.
I think this is going to be a common and effective build;
Priest; FURNACE, Flail, 2 Scrolls.

30 Monks; FC, Storm Banner.

Hell Pit Abom; Spikes
2000 Points
4 Dispel, 4 Scrolls. Magic Res 2 on your main blocks, Magic Res 1 on your Aboms.
Your main blocks are UNBREAKABLE. They have a Flame Shooting attack. They Cause D6 S5 Impact Hits. They cause D6 Toughness Tests, they cause an Artillery Dice worth of S5 Hits. Then you get 4 S6 Attacks from the Priest and a boatload of S3 attacks from the Monks.
You have the Censors to flank, which when 7 hit the enemy will cause 21 S5 Attacks, all with Hatred and they will also make the enemy take Toughness Tests or die. These are Stubborn too thanks to those Furnaces. Magical attacks too.
You then have the Abominations, which are Stubborn. Who beat almost any unit if they charge [360 charge arc by the way], even when they dont, they will be winning by the second round and are Stubborn so should get to a second round unlike a Hydra. They also have magical attacks.
The Slaves are there to screen you, redirect the enemy and to stop them redirecting your Monks and to explode once they have done their job.
