Well.... I was thinking. And generally when that happens, it means people should run for the sake of their sanity, but this is my idea: Making a campaign book. Not anything big, but maybe around the size of GW's Medusa IV campaign book. So what would be needed? - 1-3 characters from each army
- 850-1500 words on why each army is where it is
- Enhanced seige rules (?)
- A location/plot (Border Princes? Not an arcane item, as GW did that already, maybe a 'waystone'? Warpstone even, though everything comes back to big chunks of glowing green rocks...) Maybe written up in 2000 ish words? Maybe even a waystone at the border at the bottom of Loren and Brettonia? That would give reason for everyone (But lizards, but I dont know how to fit them in anything in the old world,) though I believe the idea was odone before.
- All this converted to a pdf file? I know of some people who are good at setting up backgrounds and such for pdfs.
- Some art? Pictures of models?
- A couple special scenarios/rules? (Special board setups, Creeping mist like from Mordheim's Mousillon setting? Special terms of victory?)
So... what could we do with this? Print it for our local hobby shops to run a campaign, or... send it to GW and ask them to run a campaign off from it, as most of the work would have been done at that point? So would anyone like to try this?

Lizardmen? Any forest/jungle would do. I'm pretty sure we got some of that in the Border Princes.

Sounds like a plan. ;D
Well, any and every race in Warhammer uses magic to a greater or lesser extent, and it would have a powerful influence. So a source of mysterious magical energy, if big or unusual enough, would draw interest from every major race, even the lizardmen.
Maybe a castle or city, built upon the foundations of a much older civilization, and overflowing with ancient magical energy? Actually, that sounds a bit to much like a combination of Mordheim and Albion, but you get the idea.
I'm not brilliant, but I may be able to provide a service there.
Two easy ways to do that. Either use current, existing GW characters, or use names that gamers such as myself come up with for our generals.

Anything you could do to help is appreciated I also realized that army variations like from Storms of Chaos would be fun, so I came up with one for wood elves and one for dark elves so far. I also came up with a character for each, though I don't want to post them yet. The art would be useful, and I have a friend I may be able to ask for help there as well. The location ideas do sound good, but yeah, there are a few already, drakenhoff added to those you listed

or use names that gamers such as myself come up with for our generals. I vote for this one. Bretonnians, Wood Elves, Empire, Dogs of War, and Dwarves could all easily be in Border Princes.

Bretonnians, Wood Elves, Empire, Dogs of War, and Dwarves could all easily be in Border Princes. So could Orcs and Gobbos, Skaven, possibly Chaos and Beasts... We need a way to justify the ones who would be coming from a long way off, like Lizards, High Elves and Dark Elves.

There are some Elf ruins in the Border Princes, they could be reclaiming something from them.
High Elves also have strong trade links in Tilea, they could do their dealings there and then take an overland route into the Empire and Brettonia to do more trade/make diplomatic relations.
Dark Elves would see the Border Princes as a prime place to slave raid, no massive armies to repel them, a fractured and disperate land, easy pickings.
I have no idea how to justify the Lizzies.
Orcs looting one of the more norther Southland temples, the loot increases their power so after returning to the Badlands they decide to raid north into the Border Princes, unbenknownst to the Orcs they have vengeful Lizards hot on their heels?

What about Lizardmen mercinaries? GW's already made some for every other race.

Well, my lizardmen army is focused on a force that was stranded in the old world and fights there to retreave stolen artifacts. I could expand (see: write at all) on the fluff and use that for some.
