The High Elf army book gives us the ability to make a Prince from almost all of the realms, Caledor, Tiranoc, Ellyrian, Eatienne, Saphery. What it doesnt give us the ability to do though is make a Chracian Prince. So here is what I was thinking;
LORD
Chracian Prince
[Statline Remains the Same]
Points/model: 200
Weapons & Armour:
Hand Weapon,
Lion Cloak,
Great Weapon.
Special Rules:
Prince of Chrace;
An army including a Chracian Prince must include at least 2 units of White Lions, each at least 10 models strong with Full Command. He may only join units of White Lions.
Axe Master;
Since the time of the sundering princes have Chrace have learnt to fight from their mighty Lion Chariots, if mounted on a Lion Chariot or Royal Lion Chariot, a Prince of Chrace still recieves the +2 Strength Bonus for being armed with a Great Weapon.

Some options, like the mounts have become more expensive to take into account that they are now Stubborn with this character. I have also made his equipment more expensive to take into account that he gets his Great Weapon and Cloak automatically. I have also limited his Stubborness by forcing him to join White Lion units.
His Royal Chariot is probably over priced but it is more a fun choice, it hits very hard but is easy to deal with. 450 points with no Ward that can be killed in 1 S7 hit.
