OK, I made a list but then I thought I had too many archers in 1 unit and not enough magic so I removed some stuff and added some stuff and here's the result...
tomb king, armour of ages, enchanted shield, chariot, blade of setep
20 skeleton warriors, spears and shields, full command
12 skeleton warriors
3 chariots (goes with the tomb king)
liche priest, golden ankhara, steed
20 tomb guard, full command
bone giant
8 heavy horsemen, full command
8 light horsemen (goes with mnt. liche priest)
20 skeleton warriors, spears and shields, full command
liche priest, serpent staff
So what do you all think?

It seems pretty balanced.
I would make some changes though -
Drop the Spears on the Skellies, Skellies are rubbish fighters anyway, just focus on keeping them alive with the hand weapon and shield bonus. You could even lose the banner on these units. Consider Light Armour instead.
Perhaps add a banner to the Chariots.
Lose the Heavy Horse. Take 2 Scorpions in their place. Or even another unit of 4 Chariots who will do exactly the same job but much much better.
Lose the Serpent Staff and the Golden Ankrah. Instead make the guy on foot your Heirophant and give him Cloak of Dunes to keep him out of trouble. Give your other Liche a Scroll or 2. You need the magical defence.
