Ok, 2 rules queries regarding high elf magic.
1) High Elves can use any magic lore in the warhammer rulebook, including high magic. Does this mean they can pick spells from multiple lores (eg one spell from lore of beasts, one from heavens etc) or are they limited to choosing their spells from a single lore?
2) A magic item, The Seerstaff of Saphiry or something, allows its user to choose spells instead of rolling for them. Similar question: Is the mage limited to choosing from one lore, or all those available?
Thanks, Walrus

Simply put? No. You cannot split like that.

Yep, only 1 law in both cases.
There are some items which allow you to take that extra spell from a different law [Chaos has one] but the High Elves dont have it.
The only other models that have spells from multiple laws are;
Slaan, Manfred, Kairos.
If i recall correctly.
