i'm new and i would like some advice, thanks in advance ^_^ ;
LORD/HERO
Nomti (tomb king) -313 chariot light armour flail of skulls collar of shapesh chariot of fire
Semni (tomb prince) -184 chariot shield light armour spear of antarhak
Kepi (liche priest) -305 casket of souls hieratic jar
Mui (liche priest) -168 steed staff of ravening
CORE
3 chariots (I) -165 standard bearer banner of the undying legion
3 chariots (II) -140 standard bearer
9 heavy horsemen -185 standard bearer musician
10 skeleton warriors -80
10 skeleton warriors -80
SPECIAL
5 carrion -120
tomb scorpion -85
tomb scorpion -85
RARE
screaming skull catapult -110 skulls of the foe
total-2000pts
tactic idea: - I plan to have my tomb king in chariot unit I and prince in II, they will flank the unit i plan to charge with my heavy horsemen (containing liche priest) taking advantage of spells and moving like fast cavalry. My carrion and tomb scorpions will be there for war machines, stop marching and assist in charges (tomb scorpions taking on a more aggressive role). the hierophant will be there to get the catapult to fire lots (as i plan to put them near each other) whilst the skelies form 2 line in front of the catapult and casket and rain arrows.

It all seems fine to me, besides those Heavy Horse. They are one of the worst units going, they will probably just endanger your Chariots by being in the same combat as them and giving away combat resolution as they die without getting you any kills.
I think you will be MUCH better served with another small unit of chariots to be honest. Other than that though the list looks nice and balanced and your plan should work fine.

Arguleon, what's the problem with the heavy horsemen, I always need you to tell me about these "bad units" it seems a perfectly good unit of mounted spearmen, 1 unit can't hurt that badly can it?
Edit: Probably ought to mention the army list, seems a fairly good list, don't know what else to say, not too good with this tomb king stuff, or this fantasy stuff really, oh well

They are just a lot of points for a unit that die easily, aren't actually fast and don't even cause much damage. I just cant see what they would ever really be used for that other units cant do way better and probably for less points.
They would be ok if they could actually march and were still fast cav, but as is, they dont have the capacity to get round enemy flanks and they certainly cant beat enemy units in the front. [They would even have a hard time in the flank to be honest].

i like them as an equivalent to a skellie unit that keeps up w/ chariots, i admit they are weak by them self but joining a charge they're useful (just like skellies really)
