Well, this upcoming Saturday is a tournament, and since I am proud of my first draft of my Brettonian list (though it was made with advice from Veq and a good friend of mine) I may as well put up what I play against and the results.
If I'm lucky, I will also be able to post pics, and, if he feels like it, Grunt could post his results here as well, since he is playing in it as well.

Well, for the sake of preperation, it's 12:30 at night, I'm listening to Hammerfall because they make me win, and Grunt is picking me up tomorrow morning at 10. So I should probably sleep. I rewrote the list with 2 more grail knights, and instantly scrapped it. I guess that means that the list is final.
Unfortunately I came here to say: My camera broke. Sorry, but unless I can get one at 6 am tomorrow, I am picless.

Yep, both of us were massacred, 3/3 battles. I faced Dark Elves in a seige (A dragon with Malekith terrified 3 of my units off the board in one turn.)
I faced magic heavy high elves, Dark elves in a seige, and Tomb kings. I should have beat the Tomb Kings, but I rolled a lot of 6s... for morale. Other than that it was a ton of ones.
I have learned one major thing. The Green knight is terrible.

Ah well, you were facing very tough lists. I am suprised they did seige battles in a tourney though. Some armies just cant do them well and some do them far too well.
What did your opponents lists look like?

Well, I had to attack a castle, held by Dark Elves. That list had Melakith on a Dragon, a bunch of shades (I think) A unit of cold ones, and a bunch of some kind of archer, and a hydra. The dragon terrored 3 units away right in the beginning, my pegasus knights were killed when they charged the shades or whatever on a wall and an assassin popped out, then the dragon took down all but one grail knight. On turn 3 my trebuchet took down the door, but by that time I only had half a unit of Errant knights, a grail knight, my lady on foot, my trebuchet, and the green knight. The green knight took down the hydra and assassin, the pegasi had taken down the shades, My paladin with the vow of heroism spent the rest of the battle chasing a dragon, and my half a unit of errant knights and single grail knight charged the cold ones, but the cold ones killed the errant knights and the battle ended.
The Dark elf player did cheat though (I had given him the benefit of doubt, but 4 or 5 people explained all the ways he cheated...)
This taught me to stick a lord on a hippogriff with the virtue of heroism and some more upgrades.
Against the Tomb kings, on the 1st turn I rolled 4 dispell dice against the casket of souls and rolled 1,1, 5, 6. I didn't know that there was an epic fail for dispelling, but apparently there is. My opponent proceeded to roll so many 6s that I lost half my army right there. Taking so many 25% kills, I proceeded to roll about 20 6s for morale checks, losing 2 units, and half of another. After that the Tomb Scorpions popped up. They ate most of my army, then 6 chariots charged my grail knights (one with a character in it) amd killed them. The green knight lost a war of attrition with a unit of horse"men", died, came back, and killed them on the last turn. My pegasi killed one scorpion, while the other held up my last full(ish) unit of knights and allowed the chariots to charge the unit, though my hero killed the chariot character, then finally died. At which point the pegasi were raped.
The High elf list was.... brutal. Teclis and 3 other mages. My opponent had about 30 power die and any doubles gave him unstoppable force or whatever (I can't remember all the words right now, I was up late last night.) He ripped my army apart in the magic phase, I killed one of his units and overran to the opposite side of the board, where the unit that had done that was promptly destroyed. Always strike first with great weapons and stubborn and ward saves killed my army. That and losing both ladies in the first turn.
All in all it came down to terrible luck and nearly 400 points wasted. (Yes, I'm looking at you green knight and trebuchet.)

Hard luck man. Seems like your Green Knight did pretty well in that first game though, taking down a Hydra and Assassin. In environments like that though, you may be better served with the Fey Enchantress to load up on Dispel Dice. I do like the Green Knight though. High Elves and Dark Elves are two of the top 4 army books out right now though, so no shame in losing.

I personally want my heroes to supplement units, I don't want them running around doing things on their own, which is one reaon I hated the green knight so much.

the "shades" were corsiars, and i totally blew that unit away that had the assassin, but only with 1 chariot of khorne, gorthor, 24 beasts, and a khorn spawn. then the hydra proceeded to eat gorthor in one combat. i also fought the lizardmen, he had Lord croak, croxigors, fire breathign things, and lots of skinks w/ skink casters. i fought tomb kings and should of won but lost cuz he took so long we only got to turn 3 in 1 1/2 hrs.

You sure? Because they deep striked. All I could think was: "d**n those would be some kick ass Mandrakes"

So one of you faced Dark Elves, Teclis and Tomb Kings and the other Dark Elves, Kroak and Tomb Kings. Thats 2 pretty rough games each.
I've never entered a Fantasy tournament just some smaller 40K ones.
Did you guys have fun though?
