I have a fair few Beasts models and have been trying to work a list out of them lately. Here is what I am thinking;
Beastlord; 334
Shield,
Heavy Armour,
Mark of Tzeentch,
Fur of Shargu,
Crown of Horns,
Sword of Might,
Goretooth.
Mounted in -
Chariot; 105
Mark of Tzeentch.
I originally wanted this guy on foot with the Slaughterers blade so that he could recover wounds but with this set up he has a 0+/5++ Save. Which is awesome defence for a Beastlord [ The 0+ is 5+ for the armour +1 for shield. +2 for Chariot, +2 for Fur]. It goes down to 2+/5++ In combat though.
He also has the Goretooth to make both him and his Chariot better on the offense. Hatred will come in handy with the Tuskgors. In all in the charge he gets his Impact Hits, 4 Re-Roll to hit S6 Attacks, 2 Re-Roll to Hit S5 Attacks and 1 Re-Roll to Hit S4 Attack. So he is no slouch.
Then with his Chariot he also pumps out 5 Power Dice.

Basic combat character to add punch to a unit and give me a dispel dice.
Bray Shaman; 206

Mark of Nurgle,
Braystaff,
Plague Chalice,
Power Stone.
A dedicated caster. The Mark of Nurgle providing him an extra wound for defence and making any unit he joins not suffer from Fear IIRC.

Chaos Armour.
A decent catser and he has decent defense thanks to the Staff and Armour. So I can challenge and get a 2+ Save.

All I would need to buy is 1 Herd and my Lord, which I would probably use Gorthor for. Each of my Herds is dedicated to a different God, I have an old Slaanesh beastmen command unit for my Slaanesh unit and a Khorngor command unit for my Khorne unit. My Nurgle unit is converted.
