Need help choosing an army

Hey,
Not been around for quite some time, but i return in need of help choosing a new army.
What i'd like is a extremely magic heavy army, but one that is not too hard to paint. Also, if possible one in the top 2 tiers of the power tiers topic further down the page.

I guess it depends what you mean by hard to paint? Dont want to paint too many models or dont want to paint models with a lot of detail?.

Undead are Magic Heavy and easy to paint, you just need to paint lots of them. It is very specific magic though and mainly about raising.

Daemons are quite hard to paint but you dont need to paint many and have the best magic in the game.

Dark and High Elves are not too hard to paint and also have a great magic phase.

I don't mind models with a lot of detail, its more models with little detail that i find hard to paint, as to keep them interesting takes a lot of work. Also painting a lot of stuff tends to make me lose interest in the army.

I think that daemons and high elves are my favourites out of those that you listed, i'm probably going to have to go for high elves, as tzeench daemon models seem a bit thin on the ground.
