Well, there is a battle coming up in 2 weeks that is supposed to be "cheesy" so I figured I would keep running Brettonians. If I really wanted cheese I would have just ran an Errant war, but meh. Here is the list I came up with for it.
HQ- 798
Green Knight Paladin with Vow of Heroism and Enchanted Shield on brettonnian warhorse with lance Paladin (Batle standard bearer) and warbanner on brettonnian warhorse with shield and lance L2 Damsel on Brettonian warhorse with Holy Icon L2 Damsel on foot w/ 2 dispell scrolls
Core-882
8 Knights of the Realm w/ full command 9 Knights of the Realm w/ full command 9 Errant Knights w/ full command 9 Errant Knights w/ full command and errantry banner
Special -250
4 Pegasus Knights w/ Full command
Rare-320
Trebuchet w/ Yeoman 5 Grail Knights w/ Full command
2250
I would have rather kept my units at 8 knights each, as I am planning on running a hero with each unit (other than one unit of KoR) but I had 64 points to play with. I was going to use it for some peasent bowmen, but after playing wood elves, I'm too embarassed to even touch them.

As a take on all comers list I really wouldn't suggest any changes, it is nice and balanced, can deal with a range of threats, even monsters with that Vow and the Trebuchet.
What are you actually facing with it though?
Id go for an extra Grail Knight with the spare points though. Have the Paldadins/Damsels spread through the units to make them 9 strong like you wanted.
The Green Knight is nice to just run alone and harass units as its hard to actually keep him down.

Beastmen with Gorthor, 2 dragon ogre shaggoths, and another rare.
Woodelves with tons of waywatchers and I think a treeman.
High Elves with a dragon.
Tomb Kings with no casket I think (he normally uses one, but said something about not being able to with 2000 because of a triad or something...)
Brettonians with the Fey Enchantress.
Lizradmen with Lord Croak.
I'm not sure what else I'll run across, but Grunt may be abe to help me with that. (He's playing too.)

this list is not the best I would lose the trebuchet, the green knight, and the unite of errant knights with no special banner. In the place of the green knight I would use a lord on a hypogriph with the silver lance of the lady and a grail sheild. With any of the other leftover points you may have after that you should look into adding two more grail knights. Ow and another thing I would only use the ladys to carry around dispell scrolls and only dispell scrolls. If you were to put them on horses too that would be great for them to keep up with the rest of your list.

That was the time I lost 3 in a row... You know it sucks and that now I would change everything. The trebuchet was very necassary because of that seige though.

the teb was a total waste of points you should put some points into more flyers they are much better at storming walls espessaly acompanyed by a lord on a flying mount.
