It seems ok to me. Can the Captain even have a Shield with being the Battle Standard though? Just put him on a Barded Horse.
I guess you are using the Knights as your counter charge unit and that is why you haven't taken Detatchments?. All those points spent on that Griffon Standard though for an extra 3 Combat Res could be gained by a Detatchment in the enemy flank giving you +1, + However many ranks you are knocking off the enemy.
I'd drop 6 Swordsmen [1 rank +1 were your Battle standard will go]. 7 If you put him on a Barded Horse.
That gives you enough points for a Detatchment.
I don't think Greatswords are best served in ranks of 5. If you took 18 for 3 ranks of 6, you get more attacks anyway. You could even take 13 [+ the Priest] for two ranks of 7, With their re-rolls for Hatred they will cause a lot of damage and as they only have small bases you will most often have all 7 in combat.
All this will give you enough to make 2 8 Man Detatchments, you could have 8 Archers for one unit and 8 Swordsmen for another, or two units of 9 Swordsmen etc.

Alright, made the changes and I added the Icon of Magnus as well as a Warhorse with Bardings to the Warrior Priest. So, I only got enough points for 1 8-men Detachment

Some of the numbers are still a little strange though.
You dont want Swordsmen 6 wide, so with the Character, you need tob have 23 for 5x5. Just take 1 from the Detatchment and add it to the unit.
The Great Swords will be best at 12 Models + the Priest for 2x7. Which frees up; 40 Points - Enough for a Detatchment for them.

I thought for Swordsmen; I'll go 6 x 5 while Greatswords; I'll go 6 x 3 Anyway, made some adjustment. Oh, I'll be using Bretonnian Men-At-Arms to represent my State Troops.

Looks great.
Ranks 5 Wide are best for Swordsmen as they are not offensive, so you just want to minimise the amount of enemy attacks coming your way. You achieve that with a narrow frontage.
Nothing else to change in the list though, I think thats as good as its going to get.
Good luck with it!
What will you be facing?

All armies except Empire. I'm like the only Empire Player even though I've just started. So rare that my store manager appointed me Elector Count. Anyway, I'll likely be facing Crisis_Vyper and his Chaos Mounted Cavalry. Oh, how do I stop Chaos Knights annihilating my entire front rank?

Charge them. It's the only way I survived brettonians.
I forget, does the Warrior preist generate dispell dice?
Other than that, the list seems decent. I'm used to tons of units, so it looks weird to me, but meh.

It seems ok but with taking the General, you may as well give those Greatswords a Warbanner.
I think the General is a bit vulnerable too to be honest, T4, 4+ Save. He is going to die very easily. Plus the Runefang is somewhat wasted on his paltry 3 attacks.
I would be more tempted to up his defense, Sword of Power, Holy Relic and an Enchanted Shield for a 2+/4++ Save. That should keep him alive, he is also still decent on the offense and you just let the Griffon do all the work anyway.
