Hi, How many shamans do you run in a 2k pt list, im just wondering if 1 is enough, or if i need more, my main opponent will be magic and range heavy dwarfs, the list has: anvil of doom runesmith slayer 20 thunderers 16 rangers 2 cannons 2 bolt throwers grudgethrower gyrocopter flame cannon thats how it stands atm but it could vary.

Well 1 is sufficient. 2 Would be preferred.
One gobbo and one orc shaman seems like a good way to go. The hit of WAAAGH! magic is nasty, and two times that magic is worse.

In a competative environment if you want to use magic offensivly I believe you need at least 6 Levels of magic + some bound items. So either 3 level 2's or 1 Level 2 and 1 Level 4. I prefer 8 Levels of Magic.
If you dont mind being purely defensive with it, then 1 Gobbo Shaman, Level 1 with Staff of Sneaky Stealin and a large unit of Big Uns with the Spirit Totem is enough for Magic Defense.
