Well... I've decided to start Brettonians, so hello from your newest Errant Knight
I was wondering if there were any rules for Jules le Jongleur?
Also, I've been thinking of fluff for my lord, and have decided to incorporate my love of WE and the proximity to Quenelles. Going further I decided to make the story near the Black Library Book, Gaurdians of Loren.
My Lord will be Sir Auric du Talu. He was once known as Auric of Quenelles, son of the Duke of Quenelles, but one day a massive band of beastmen attacked their summer castle of Par Cellion. The foul beasts killed his mother, younger sister, and the champion of the castle, his eldest brother. Only a handful of peasants survived, bringing word to his father's castle.
At this time he was an impetuos young knight, an errant knight. Taking 100 of his fathers knights, he rode into the forests, ignoring the tales of the elves that dwelled within, hunting the massive band of Beasts, and their golden horned leader. He was believed lost for many years, until 50 years later, he rode forth with only 5 of his men. When he rode in he wore red and gold, his personal colors, and the mark of the unicorn rampant on a field of blue, the crest of his lands. When he rode forth he wore green and brown, with the mark of the grail, imposed over a massive tree. He still hunted the golden horned beast, and none but his 5 body gaurdknew what had happened while he was gone.
To model him, I'm going to replace his horses head with one of the metal elven steed heads and give him his( www.games-workshop.com/gws/catalog/armySubUnitCats.jsp?catId=cat50019&rootCatGameStyle= ) head and cape... and the head of the spear on his lance.... come to think of it I'll use his horses head too. I never use that lord in my elven army, but I won it.
I may add more to his fluff, but tell me what you guys think so far.
