So which enemy does your army have the hardest time facing? How do you overcome them in the end?
The hardest for me, especially recently has been against High Elves when facing them with my Orcs and Gobs. Although when facing them using other armies I didnt have as hard a time. The Orcs and Gobs suffered two stinging defeats, upping the number of Chariots and Dispel Dice seems to have done the trick without lowering my armies effectiveness against other forces.
My Dogs of War struggle against Fear Causing Armies such as Undead. I have countered that with ITP units such as Maneaters and Marauders.

Magic heavy VC are a tough challenge for my wood elves, as are daemons against my forest spirits.
VC the best solution is obviously to kill the magic users. This is easier said than done, especially if Mannfred is the general. An annoyance of Netlings really shines in these challenges.
Still working on ways to kill off daemons. I'm starting to think that massed bowfire is the only way for woodies.

Well, I have to say Dwarves are the toughest army I've ever faced. They're also the only army I've ever faced ;D.

Night Goblins. I can shoot them, magic them or slice them up. Yet still there is more of them. It's impossible to get a combined charge off on a unit as there is no way to get into their flanks. I've played this army countless times with my Wood Elves but I just can't beat them.
Might be time to try with my High Elves.

High Elves are a good bet, they are very hard to deal with for Night Gobbos. Dryads should do a number on night gobbos though. They butcher them and cause fear.

I used to have a lot of trouble with a vampire counts army, and for some time i never beat it. I then found a tactic using lizards that beat them first try. It was a 1500 points game, and his vampire general was in a big unit of grave guard. He got the first turn and moved his army forward 8" a piece. I charged his general's unit with a saurus scar veteran with charm of the jaguar warrior, blessed spawnings of tlazcotl (so that i could charge him) and sotek (so that i could kill him) and a great weapon. I struck first, hit about 3 out of 5 attacks, and wounded with all of them. With a dead general the army started crumbling and hey presto, i won the game with almost the only losses being that saurus scar veteran... For the next game he tried having a necromancer as the general and stood behind the lines. A uranon's thunderbolt later, and he never played me again

For me playing beasts it would have to be wood elves or brettonians. tons of shooty and also the thick armour, its just hard to get past.

In fairness, most armies are hard to beat when using beasts

heh, well from what I've developed playing with them for a year now, I've become quite the force at my local shop. Regularly in fantasy tournaments I take atleast third out of twelve or more. In a mighty empires campaign I came in second place. It had about a dozen or so people and lasted six weeks. I think beasts has a lot of potential, it just needs good skill when being used. Unlike some armies *cough*bretts*cough*

Bretts will be a pain for Beasts, on the plus side though, Tzeentch magic just got awesome for them. That spell that used to turn models into Horrors, now turns them into Tzeentch Bestigors, so even if you only make 1, you have an extra power dice in your next turn if he survives!.
Plus the modded the Khorn mount thing and so Khorne Tuskgor Chariots are deadly and give you a dispel dice.

Whoa what? When could you mark tuskgor chariots? And when did they do the updates for magic and such? Could I use those lores for my armies if I give them the mark? I have a feeling I've been missing out on an important update of some sort....

From the few armies i've played, high elves seem just impossible for me to beat.
I play tomb kings by the way
