We've been dormant to long time to rise again... and instill the fear into the trespassers.

Never to late to start i really like the flavour of the TK army keeps every game a little different and you rarely find another TK player.

Its true, i've not met and TK player in my gw and the only person i know that has models doesn't play anymore. Though my friend is starting (adding to the legions of undeath) and he's making and army that had alot of shooting, and alot of chariots.

We've got a couple of Tomb Kings players at our GW. I gave them some thought, but they don't play the way I like. I liked my Vamps because I could simply raise huge tarpits and begin to outnumber my opponent during the course of the game. Plus Vampires are awesome.
In truth though, I like armies with a lot of magic the most, and Tomb Kings magic always seems to disappoint me. I mean, it always goes off, but you can't cast that many spells per turn. I mean, what, 5 spells per turn at 2K before any bound whatsits or caskets? That's not much.

That's not much. i admit that there aren't many spells, but combining 2 liche priests, tomb prince, tomb king, a casket and 2 bound items, the enemy needs on average 11 dispell dice to match you (i.e. 1 dispell dice for power level 1-6, and 2 for power level 7+)

I'm thinking of replacing my Ogres idea with Tomb Kings, the ogres never really got anywhere so I thought I might try an army that actually has cavalry, archers and the normal 4" movement (my other armies being Skaven and Beastmen)
I have created an army list so hopefully I can get some models soon
