This is the army list from the fluff Ive wrote in the Fiction board. I will be using Heresy Minis for it, what do you think? Would it be competative at all?
Great Unclean One; 645 Lvl4, Trappings of Nurgle, Nurgles Rot.
Herald of Nurgle; 250 Palanquin, Lvl1, Vapours, Slime Trail.
Herald of Tzeentch; 140 Master of Sorcery.
Total; 1035
20 Horrors; 240
17 Horrors; 204
16 Plagbearers; 222 FC.
10 Bloodletters; 120
Total; 786
5 Flesh Hounds; 175
Total; 175

I would say so yes. But I think you can skip the Bloodletters and Flesh Hounds. You need at least two units of FH for it to be effective. And 10 Bloodletter won't do much. Add more Plaguebearers instead.

I planned on using the Bloodletters to hit the flank of anything bogged down in combat with the Horros/Plauge Bearers. They could be dropped though, I dont think Flesh Hounds onlywork in 2 units, they are one of the best units in the game and 1 unit can work fine independantly.

Bloodletters aren't really the best flanking unit. They are good as hell in close combat no matter what, but Daemonettes really are the flanking unit due to their many attacks.

I'm not too sure about spending more than half of your points on HQ alone. It seems a lot like putting all of your eggs in one basket, especially if you play against something like brettonia.

With Heresy now producing some Blight Models who are projectile vomiting, I now have the perfect model to rep flamers in my Nurgle themed Daemons. With that, here is a list revision;
Great Unclean One; LVL4, Trappings, Slime Trail. Herald of Tzeentch; Master of Sorc. Herald of Nurgle; LVL1, Palanquin, Slime Trail.
13 Plague Bearers; FC, Banner of Re Roll Wounds. 29 Horrors; Standard, Bound Spell Banner. 10 Horrors;
3 Flamers; 5 Hounds;
