Hi i'm thinking of creating rules for Kislev, Bear Tamers, War Wagons and Streltski (handgunners with halberds in the fluff).
so any ideas, i have some and i'll post them up soon.
So here is where you critisize and give advice on what i should do with these i will then post or modify them for the house rules board.

The bear tamers will be based along the same premise of beatsmasters/master moulders, increase bear LD, option to ride one etc.
They will also give you access to independant bears.
Streltsi
0-1 Special Choice
Firearms were first introduced to Kislev by Prince Boydinov of Erengrad. Thoughvery popular among his people, the prince was considered eccentric (it was he that invented the the mad game Kislevite Roulette). Despite initial superstition, as time passed handguns have been accepted as essential weapons of war. In his legacy the prince had a large portion of wealth set aside for the establishment and upkeep of a regiment of handgunners. The regiment continues to this day and its members are known as streltsi. Soldiers from other cities in Kislev, most notably the capital, are sent here to train in the use of firearms with the streltsi.
In addition to their knowledge of handguns, streltsi are also trained to use a small halberd called a berdiche. Infact the berdiche and handgun are the most widely recognised symbols of the streltsi. In combat they are able to use the berdiche as rests for their handguns, increasing accuracy and making a deadly weapons combination.

Special Rules:
Gun-Rest: Recieve +1 on 'to hit' roll with the handgun as long as they do not move that turn, this represents the halberd bieng used as a gun rest.

War Wagon
Rare Choice
The Empire no longer uses war wagons since Von Zeppels invention of a steam tank mounted fightig platform but this hasn't stopped the Kislevite Military using them extensively.
Heavy Fighting platforms pulled by barded warhorses and packed full of kislevite warriors, they are the bane of marauring chaos warbands.
The kislevites inside fire deadly hails of arrows. The huge iron shod wheels crush the enemy as the kislevites attack with spears

Crew: WS BS S I LD 3 3 3 3 1 7
Warhorse: M WS S I A 8 3 3 3 1
Unit Size: 1 Wagon, 6 Crew, 2 Barded Warhorses.
Equipment: The crew have spears and bows, Warhorses are barded.
Has an armour save of 3+
Options:
* It can carry a single Boyar, this will replace one crew man.
Special Rule:
* Chariot * Stable: Troops inside never count as moving for the purposes of shooting, even if marching. * Solid Structure: Due to the huge size and solidly built nature of the War-Wagon it is not instantly destroyed by S7 weapons, instead it takes double wounds.

My first idea for the bear tamer is to make him strength 5 (represents the fact that they are normally huge, have to wrestle the bears quite often, are stronger than leaders in mordheim, that boris has a bear and is S5 etc)
Hero choice.
He will remove the 0-1 restriction on the bear unit i will make.
He can ride a bear.
Any bear within 12" of him can use his LD.
Wears no armour.

First ideas for bear.
0-1 special choice.
WS 4 BS 0 S 5 (One less than Urskin as he is one of the biggest.) T 5 W 3 I 4 A 4 LD 6 ( Again 1 less than Urskin.)
Cause fear.
5+ Sv. Shows thick fur and fat.
Must always pursue.
Immune to panic. I can't see a bear running because some humans are.
Does not have to take break test if not wounded. If he did it would be running all the time due to combat res and i can't see a bear bieng scared of numbers and a banner unless it gets hurt. Also almost every big independant gribbly in the game is unbreakable.
Pts: Around 80-90

Ursan d**ned it.
I forgot that handguns where move or fire weapons so my special rule for the Streltsi doesn't work.
How about them ignoring the long range modifier instead?.

Frost mages will be the same as empire wizards, with the same uprgade options but they must take the lore of ice/frost from the Kislev army book.

Yes there is although only the Tzarina special character can currently use it.
