There are 4 turns in a season.
After these 4 turns you have a 'seasons end phase'. This phase includes such things as rolling on events tables, casting super spells etc.
It is also where you get and spend supply points.
First of all we need to know what you need in order to be able to buy supply centres:
A town can support one supply centres in your realms.
A city can support two supply centres in your realm.
Your capital can support three supply centres in your realm.
At each seasons end phase a supply centre will give you two supply points.
A watchtower costs: 2 SP Fortress: 4 SP (This makes games played in a map piece a siege) Supply Centres: 4 SP
A supply centre canbe upgraded to a town at +2 SP. Though towns and cities do not give supply points they just allow you to support more supply centres.
A town can be upgraded to a city for +6 SP.
300 points of new troops cost 1 SP.
Once a campaign begins characters cost X3 their normal costs and only one can be purchased at each seasons end phase.
You cannot purchase anymore lord choices once the campaign starts.

It costs 4 SP to set up a supply centre (providing yourrealm can sustain them, has enough towns etc)
The supply centre once purchased for the initial 4 SP produces 2 SP at each end phase.
