With this list ive added a scrap launcher to add even more firepower, this will be converted and will be an armoured rhinoxen bieng ridden by a leadbelcher.
I have also expanded the bull squad sizes from the 1000 pt list. The only oher thing ive added is a unit with iron fists and light armour this will give them a very effective 4+ save in CC and if against a unit that would significantly reduce this save then i would use the additional hand weapon.

Love it,
also love ironfist, had three games and they are massively effective, employ the tactics u just mentioned,
on a charge i use em as additional hand weapons, but note to self, when you face an opponent you "know" u will crush anywayz try using them as shields just to minimize that pesky wound or two and save a model, also helps in that turn where str3 men cause 8 wounds with all dice rolled being 5's and 6's.
