Hmmm, i'm not sure.
Sauros are great, very powerful, some nie special rules, quite cheap. Maybe the the best regular infantry in the game, at least in the top 5.
But skins work really well in completely the opposite way. They are fantastic and work in a variety of harassing roles.
I would have to say skink skirmishers.

skink skirmishers for me as well.
not too bad a models. poisoned missile attacks, double shots at closer range. 360 degree arc of fire......man where can it be wrong.....
well apart from close combat.....

Sorry skinks for me too! They are really good at messing up march moves and as they have poisened attacks in shooting they are very effective against many foes. Especially Chaos Knights ehh Veq lol!

I'm no lizardmen expert, in fact I've only just started, but I'd have to say skinks. Believe me, after 3 years of experimenting with vampire counts, I have really learnt the benefit of cheap skirmishers with poisoned attacks.
