Just wondering what everyones favourite skaven clan is and why.
I am talking aboutthe four major but for those of us who know a lot of skaven fluff feel free to say a clan that isnt one of the four main ones (there was a lot about different clans in a recent WD).
I'mnot quite sure of my favourite.
It is probably clan skyre though, i really like the devestating weapons and warped science they utalise.
I can see lots of converted clanrats with gasmasks, pipes etc.
Just a really cool force IMO.

I'm not to keen on the pestilense models although the new plauge lord is pretty cool.
Yep Eshin: Assassins, from the recent fluffive been reading on cathay itseems that contrary to common belief, most eshin are trained in Nippon. Not Cathay. Still some are trained in Cathay.

the question is why would the people of nippon or cathay train them?

I think its just that the martial arts schools don't turn anybody with talent away.
Also the people of those nations havent had any bad experiences with the skaven, they are very cosmopolitan, they trade with hob-gobs etc. Have ogres living among them.

really well thats interesting to know anyways. I wish they would bring out more fluff on them though. Id like to see a large fluff piece on the fall of Karak Eight Peaks (City of Pillars to all you rat men out there). I think that would be cool.

Personally I like skyre but usually go with the normal list because I think everything in a skaven army is their for a purpose (except for monks, I hate them ) A bit of the topic but I really wish there were more units from clan moulder and eshin.
